Victory Center Ministries, Inc. is vigorously pursuing every 
lost soul regardless of race, background or denomination. 
We place great value on every soul. 

“What profit a man if he gains the whole world and looses his soul.”

There is nothing more precious in this life than someone 
making a decision for Jesus. God’s love is unconditional. It 
makes no difference what habit, circumstance or situation a 
person may be confronted with.

God has commissioned Victory Center to reach out to 
everyone that we may win him or her for Christ. The angels 
in heaven rejoice when one who was lost is found. This joy 
continues to fuel and motivate us to minister under the tent, 
at the jail, and on the streets. 

We ask for your prayers for the Victory Center church family 
as we carry out the call of God.

Doctrinal Statement

  • The Bible is the inspired word of God and only infallible guide and rule of faith and practice.
  • God, the personal creator of the universe, eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  • Man, who was divinely created in the image of God, willfully transgressed God's law and incurred both physical and spiritual death as a result. Henceforth, all of mankind is born with a sinful nature and is subjected to the same penalty at the age of accountability.
  • The Lord Jesus Christ submitted Himself as a subsititution, a sacrifice for the sins of humanity.
  • The Lord rose from the dead, ascended into Heaven, and is interceding for mankind as High Priest and advocate in His present life.
  • Jesus Christ will return to Earth as Saviour and Lord imminently and premillennially. Humanity will be resurected bodily. The just will have eternal happiness and security with God and the unjust to everlasting punishment of hell.
  • Since man is unable to save himself, salvation comes by grace alone through faith in Christ as Saviour on the basis of Godly repentance.
  • The baptism of the Holy Spirit is a definite experience subsequent to conversion provided by the Lord for every believer for the purpose of Christian witness, holiness, and edification. Initial evidence of this experience is the speaking in tongues as empowered by the Holy Spirit.

Bishop Michael T. Boyd, Pastor

Bishop Michael T. Boyd gave his life to the Lord in September of 1977 and was called into the gospel ministry in April 1979 at New Faith COGIC of Merced, CA. He has been in the ministry for over 23 years, ministering throughout Europe and the United States. Bishop Boyd is the Pastor and founder of the Victory Center Ministries, Inc., Reaching the Streets for Christ Tent Crusade, and the Mississippi State School of Ministry. He has a sincere desire to reach the lost at any cost through his weekly radio and television broadcast, jail ministry, and seasonal street ministry.

He is an Air Force Veteran with over thirty years of federal service, stationed throughout the Untied States and overseas. Bishop Boyd received his Doctorate of Divinity from Franklin University and Doctorate of Theology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary, Doctorate from Inter-Faith Theological Seminary & Institute in Humanities and Divinity He also has received Doctorate from Tampa Bay Bible College in Family Counseling and Religious Studies.

God has used Bishop Boyd to speak blessing, healing, and deliverance unto countless numbers of believers. Women who were barren conceived. Hearts that were enlarged have become normal and regulated. The weak and discouraged have become strong in the faith through the prophetic Word of God as the Lord has used Bishop Boyd to further the Kingdom of our Lord.
